We are here for you seven days a week, from 9 AM to 10 PM.

All kitchens are fully equipped. Some kitchens have an oven, others do not. However, preparing meals and storing food in fridges is possible at all locations and in all rental units.

Please let us know your training path and explain that you need accommodation for your training or further education. We can occasionally offer discounts.

Our office and cleaning team as well as caretakers are available for you 365 days a year, 7 days a week. If you encounter any problems, we are available from Monday to Sunday from 8am to 10pm.

Yes, of course. Our large 3- to 4-room flats are particularly suitable for families.

No, unfortunately this is not possible. However, we do offer a secure online payment process. After your booking, we will send you a link where you can pay conveniently by PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.

No, we offer all-inclusive rates where no deposit is required on moving in.

The check-in information we send you one to two days before your arrival contains all the necessary information.
1. select the Fairspot network and enter the code we have sent together with the check-in information.

We use door codes for easy entry.

You will receive detailed check-in information from our office team 1-2 days before your arrival. It contains the following information:
1. the address you will need for navigation.
2. door codes with which you can collect your keys.
3. descriptions of how to find the keys
4. WLAN information
5. some rental units have special information that we will provide you with.
With the door code, you can enter independently and individually. The houses are open for check-in around the clock from 2 pm. -
When you check out, we would ask you to return your keys to the key box.

The rental costs for our flats vary depending on location, size and facilities. Our accommodation is cheaper than hotels and many holiday flats.

We generally manage entire properties and therefore know the tenant structure in each building. We offer secure accommodation and can also be contacted after 5 pm.

No, that’s not a problem. We will issue all the necessary documents and support you with the registration. We also provide a letterbox and all the necessary facilities.

No problem! We offer contingent bookings. Simply let us know a rough number and we will reserve the rooms for you accordingly. If fewer people arrive than expected, there are no additional costs. You only pay for the people who actually arrive.

Yes, many of our tenants work from the flats from time to time. We offer desks and a reliable internet connection. If you still need anything, we are happy to help.

No problem! The shortest stay with us is 4 days. After that you can extend as long as you like.

As a rule, there is no minimum rental period for our flats. The flexibility regarding the rental period is one of the advantages of our accommodation. Guests can rent the flats for short stays of a few days up to longer stays of several months.

No, we are not located directly in the flats. However, if you need on-site assistance, we can send our in-house technicians to help you. We also offer 24/7 check-in facilities. This means you have access to your flat at all times.

No, our flats are located in normal residential buildings and do not offer any additional hotel-like services. However, all our units are equipped with well-equipped kitchens, ideal for self-catering.

Normally check-in is possible from 2pm and check-out should be by 11am. However, we try to be as flexible as possible. If you cannot keep to either of these times, just give us a call or send us an e-mail and we will try to accommodate you.

We recommend bringing your own towels. All other essentials, including bed linens, kitchen supplies, and more, are provided for your convenience.
